The Bonnet Burger is the favorite of everyone we know. Let's face it ... everything is better with fry bread. is this a five star restaurant? No, but for quick, tasty food at low prices, they get 5 stars from us. Staff is super nice too. ”

“ The War Bonnet is a true road house setting in the Menominee nation. There is a large horseshoe bar with several tables for dining. There is also pool tables, darts and outdoor areas for volleyball and other games. A native American arts and souvenir shop is also attached. As an outsider walking in I didn't know what to expect. By the end of the evening I had met several locals and was enjoying the great service from all the lovely ladies behind the bar. I drank the best Old Fashioned's I encountered on my vacation and to eat I had the parmesan crusted wall eye with fries and some buffalo cheese curds. A very Wisconsin meal in a very cool environment with old and new friends. What else is there in life? ”
“ Over the years I have heard stories of this being somewhat of a rough and tumble atmosphere. I've driven by many times and finally stopped with the family for a late lunch. We found a very bright, clean and family friendly dining stop. The offerings include typical fried bar food including burgers and wings. There is a really good fry bread taco that is quite filling. The staff was very personable and the prices are reasonable. There is a small Native American art store accessible directly from the bar/restaurant area. We'll definitely stop again. ”
